School PSHE Lessons (Personal, Social & Health Education)

DPEAP offer a free service (via a service level agreement with the Buckinghamshire Drug and Alcohol Action Team) to schools throughout the county of Buckinghamshire. Via an initial meeting at the school DPEAP will ascertain the input required then plan and deliver lessons for pupils using pro-active exercises to pass on basic information about drugs.
DPEAP have many years experience of delivering work in schools in a way that is age appropriate and follows the models of good practice in drugs education. Information is constantly kept up to date and relevant.
DPEAP work with the full age range in schools from Year 1 through to Year 13.
It is the school's responsibility to deliver drugs education as part of the wider personal, social and health development programme and DPEAP can help with this delivery.
All sessions are evaluated by a snapshot of feedback from pupils and teaching staff.
Feedback is given to teaching staff on a regular basis. Any concerns raised for DPEAP staff members, including child protection issues will be relayed to appropriate staff members immediately.
